Sumario:This paper reviews the safety monitoring systems, bridge safety assessment methods, and hesitant fuzzy set theories at home and abroad, and presents a novel bridge safety monitoring and evaluation method based on hesitant fuzzy set, which has greatly significance to scientific research. Through multi-scale estimation and Butter Worth (BWorth) filtering, the structural response signals were identified and extracted under car load and crowd load. Then, a mathematical model was established for bridge safety monitoring and evaluation based on hesitant fuzzy set. Drawing on hesitant fuzzy similarity theory, the authors designed damage recognition algorithms based on single index, dual-index linkage, and multi-index linkage. Finally, example analysis was conducted to confirm the feasibility of multi-index linkage, coupled with multi-period dynamic recognition, in the evaluation of bridge structural damages.
