| Sumario: | The objective of this study is to analyze how the Cooperative of Fish Farmers of Alto e Médio São Francisco Ltda. (Coopeixe) is contributing to the process of territorial development in Território da Pesca e Aquicultura do Médio São Francisco, Minas Gerais, signaling its interaction with public policies. This is a research qualitative and descriptive, which data collection was through use of interviews, observation and documental research. Three analytical categories synthesize the results: (i) institutional articulation, where there was the ability to insert the Cooperative in different areas of public policy management and composition of collegiate bodies; (ii) inclusion productive , we found the strategies adopted by Coopeixe that generated impacts to cooperative productive activity that once not accessing markets, training and orientation; and (iii) adding value, observed processes can add value to the production of frame members, such as processing, certification and production planning. |
