The Constitution of the Socialist Autonomous Province of Kosovo of February 27, 1974, is the first constitution of Kosovo, approved within the Federation of Yugoslavia.. In the framework of this paper is elaborated the functioning of central and judicial institutions in Kosovo, based on the new legal order that was made possible based on the Constitution of 1974..
