Résumé:The article examines aspects of the rating assessment of personnel activities. For the analysis, the previous and the base period of the rating assessment are highlighted. The scheme of accounting of the achievements of the teaching staff is presented, which is carried out in the information system «Rating evaluation system». This rating score allows you to reasonably carry out incentive payments based on the fulfillment of certain indicators. Indicators are highlighted, for each of which the numerical values are determined, fixed in the orders of the university. This work describes the generally accepted and mandatory indicators of methodological and scientific work, such as an increase in the Hirsch index by one or more points; training; preparation of a review; student publications; publications of scientific and pedagogical workers; educational and methodological support. Participation in the rating assessment emphasizes the professional activities of any employee, can increase the performance of an educational institution, and achieve strategic goals and objectives. The proposed material demonstrates the rating as a management tool for the head. The analysis of rating indicators by groups of accounting objects and by job structure is given. The authors draw conclusions about the effectiveness of the developed and implemented rating system of assessment, which is automated, functional, structured, taking into account individual indicators of achievement.
