There are many factors and reasons to reactivate integration between the Maghreb countries and keep up with the era of regional blocs, and remain Economic Integration an important factor in activating the Maghreb Union institutions.
The article analyzes and evaluates, the failure of cooperation among members of a community of destiny unable to define itself in either economic or political terms and confronted by various technical barriers which impede progress to Economic Integration in the Maghreb Arab countries. |
