Sumario:The teachers who that working in the Primary Schools linked to Turkısh Ministry of National Education, make Professional Works for improving of their own knowledge about pedagogy, personal information and culture at the beginning and at the end of the year. To descriptive Teacher’s attitude towards the application of professional works is very important terms of this study's efficiency. The sample of this research consist of 495 primary school teachers. Forthis purpose, have prepared according to the scale consisting of 29 questions was admininstired an attitude scale as a likert scale. In this study, t test an done tailed variance analysis have been used to find out if there is a statistical meaningfull difference between the descriptive variables such as a school campus, branch, gender, seniority and age. As a result, teachers generally have positive attitude towards the application of professional works.
