Focusing on employee behaviour which is a main reason for all the organisation to work healthy, employee voice helps managers to measure the degree of some variables like organizational sense of belonging, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviour and role behaviour of employees. The religious attitudes has four dimensions like emotional behavioural, relational and cognitive attitudes. It is impossible for an employee not to have stress when there is a conflict between his/her religious attitudes and judgements about the work or workplace. On that condition the responsibility of managers is to determine which dimension of the religious attitudes reflects which kind of employee voice behaviour and to protect conflicts all around the organisation.
