The main aim of this present research is to identify the impact of work pressures on health service outcomes of the staff in medical-surgical service of Dr. Tidjani Damerdji Tlemcen University Hospital center (UHC). Data collection process is carried out by means of a survey as a research instrument submitted to 139 workers. The results of the study were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed based on two tools namely SPSS program version 20 and Statistica version 8.
