The disorder presents with various clinical manifestations and occasionally with bacterial or viral pneumonia pictures. The goal of this study was to consider pulmonary tuberculosis in all patients with febrile pulmonary disease. CASE: A 2.5 year old girl with chief complaints of fever and cough 10 days prior to admission that was worsened since 3 days ago referred to Amirkola hospital.
