Summary:Aim. To create an information and search system for analyzing the results of pathohistological examinations of thyroid surgery material. Material and Methods. The information and search system was developed using a PHP programming language that operates on the basis of a web server (Linux, apache, mysql, php) with licensed open source and free software that allows access to the system from any device via the Internet. Results and Discussion. The information and search system includes a register of data for each individual patient  , including: surname and initials, age, gender, name of the hospital and department where the operation was performed, date of surgery, clinical diagnosis, name of the pathohistological laboratory, and the result of pathohistological examination using a working nomenclature developed by us according to the WHO International Endocrine Tumor Classification (2017). Conclusions. The developed information and search system is convenient in work and can be used with a slight adaptation for analysis and study of thyroid pathology in other regions and hospitals.
