Frequency control in electrical system mathematical modeling and operation control problems

To improve the performance of primary data processing algorithms when determining frequency in problems of mathematical modeling and operation control of electrical systems, it is proposed to represent discrete instantaneous values of operating mode parameters by their generalized vectors.
