The constructed biosensor based on Pt-Au-MoS<sub>2</sub>-ITO laid a foundation for the portable operation of reduction detection of H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>.The electrochemical deposition method was adopted to prepare the electrode material. Traditional electrochemical methods such as cyclic voltammetry(CV) and chronoamperometry(CA) were used to characterize the electrochemical properties of the biosensors and field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) diagrams were used to characterize the surface appearance of the biosensors.
