It has been discovered via experimental study that pelvic floor muscle function recovery exercise training for normal delivery women may enhance the mother’s compliance with the pelvic floor muscle function exercise. Moreover, it can reduce the occurrence of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, improve the postpartum pelvic floor function of postpartum women, improve the quality of life, and have a significant recovery effect.
