Inhibition of cancer stem cell like cells by a synthetic retinoid
The discovery of efficient drugs is a main challenge in cancer therapy. Here, the authors report a synthetic retinoid, WYC-209 with anti-tumor and anti-metastatic activity mediated by the retinoic acid receptor signaling pathway.
