| Résumé: | Stylistic changes in interpreting
The article focuses on the problem of stylistic changes in the process of interpreting. The analysis is based on the interviews with the community interpreters, who took part in the research related to the characteristics of this form of translation, including the necessity of a manipulation on the original text. Thanks to the proposed approach it was possible to prove not only the existence of the stylistic changes in interpreting, but also to demonstrate their relation to the skopos theory and its main guideline which is the functionality of the translation.
