| Sumario: | The article puts forward the principle directions of work aimed at improving the research potential of research and pedagogical staff. One suggestion is to train researchers/research advisors from assistant professors and senior lecturers who possess necessary skills and competences. Special attention is paid to the development of innovation commercialization system in education, to economics and management. Expected quantitative and qualitative figures were prepared for each line of developing research potential of the university. These measures could promote the involvement of research and pedagogical staff in research work which is the most important characteristic of the academic environment. |
