Sumario:Yolk sac tumor(YST) is one of the malignant germ cell tumors that usually involves the gonads (ovaries and testes). Only one case of biliary YST was reported according to PubMed. Here we reported a case of a 2-year-old boy who presented with obstructive jaundice and was finally diagnosed as biliary YST. Basing on this case report, we review the literature about biliary space-occupying lesions and suggest a more comprehensive differentiation among children with obstructive jaundice resulting from biliary mass.
