The topic of medical malpractice is one of the most researched topics in recent years. In these investigations, a number of findings have been obtained about the causes of medical malpractice. In the literature review it has been found that there is no study to determine the relationship between organizational justice, organizational commitment and the tendency to make a medical malpractice. It is thought that the study to be done is an original quality due to the fact that it is the first study in the area; it will contribute to the literature in this context and will lead the administrators to prevent medical malpractice. This descriptive study was conducted using a face-to-face survey technique on 211 nurses working in two different hospitals operating in the cities of Kırşehir and Konya. Organizational Justice Scale (Donovan, Drasgow and Munson, 1998), Organizational Commitment Scale (Meyer, Allen, 1990) and Malpractice Trend Scale (Özata and Altunkan, 2010) were used for the data collection. The scales used are in likert of 5. The collected data were evaluated in the SPSS program and descriptive statistics, Mann Whitney U Test, KW Variance Analysis ve Spearman correlation analysis were performed on the data.
