Sumario:Background: Ethics in medical research is one of the important issues, and because of appearing important problems in medical researches and many documents of doing immoral activities, some countries decided to adopt some guidelines for all of the research centers to prevent these activities. Recently ethics in medical research is propounded as an object of attention of politicians, researchers and directors of Ministry of Health and Medical Education regarding ethical issues in research on gamete and embryo, the national guideline in research for gamete and embryo is presented in this article.Methods and Materials: We gathered the ethical guidelines of research in gamete and embryo by using available books and articles and also searching in internet.Discussion and result: Although designing specialized guidelines are exclusive in our country and East Mediterranean area, but execution these guidelines is more important.These guidelines basically are practical for helping researchers to consider ethical issues in their researches.
