Dedicated components of justice are mutually reinforcing, and provide an opportunity for further development of the personality of the future specialist, their personal growth.</p><p class="x-----------1" xml:lang="en-US"><span class="char-style-override-14">The purpose: </span>to carry out theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of legal consciousness of future lawyers.</p><p class="x-----------1" xml:lang="en-US"><span class="char-style-override-14">The novelty is based. </span>On the analysis of theoretical appro-aches of pedagogy, psychology, law, the notion of «lawfulness of the future of the law student», which is regarded as a form of social consciousness, which is a set of legal views and feelings, expressing the attitude to the law and legal phenomena that have regulatory in character and which includes know-<br />ledge of legal phenomena and their evaluation from the point of view of fairness and justice, formed in the process of studying in the University.</p><p class="x-----------1" xml:lang="en-US"><span class="char-style-override-14">Results: </span>this article analyzes different approaches to understanding the content and essence of the concept of legal consciousness of the legal profession.
