The research was carried out with 79 Technical-Administrative servers, occupants of several positions, belonging to a Federal Institutes of Education, located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. This research is descriptive, using a quantitative methodological approach, and for the collected data was used a questionnaire with closed questions, to investigate the levels of organizational commitment, organizational entrenchment and engagement in the work and its dimensions. The results show a high level of commitment, medium entrenchment, and engagement in the servers’ work.
