Therefore, this study was based on techniques of bibliometric and social network, through, descriptive statistics in 230 identified articles. The main results of this study were: predominance of articles authored in partnership; Carrieri, Maciel, Sobral and Basso were the most prolific authors; Gouveia, Carrieri, Basso and Calegario researchers were more central; USP and UPM were HEIs more productive, and are among the most central of this study. Besides these HEIs, also stand out UFLA, UFMG, UNB and FGV (SP). Regarding the two-mode network with co-authorship network of IES, confirmed the highlight of HEIs: USP and UPM. Regarding the thematic sections, highlight the section Human and Social Management in Organizations with 40% of the amount of the 230 papers identified, then comes Resource and Business Development with approximately 27% of the publications. Now, when it focuses on the issues, it was noted that the themes: Culture, Marketing, Strategies and Learning were the most published, equivalent to 38.70% of all manuscripts analyzed.Henrique César Melo RibeiroRosany CorrêaUniversidade Federal de Santa Catarinaarticlemackenzie administration journalstate of the artscientific productionbibliometricssocial networkEducation (General)L7-991Special aspects of educationLC8-6691ESPTRevista Gestão Universitária na América Latina , Vol 7, Iss 2, Pp 152-174 (2014) |
