Sumario:Manager of Private Higher Education Institution has pedagogical and marketingresponsibilities, including meeting expectations of students, surrounding the learning. Theproject must attract and retain students who seek training to extend their employability in acost-effective welcoming environment for such expectations. In Brazil, which already hasofficial appraisal metric-quality end of the course, it is up to the manager to adopt own meansto monitor the performance as to factors such as empathy, reliability and perceivedresponsiveness, affecting satisfaction (hence, the continued propensity) whose assignment isthe order of the subject, but grouped, they may be related to demographic characteristics. Inorder to investigate the performance of these predictors conjectured on hiatus expectation-perception of service, equipped with survey derived from SERVQUAL about 289 students ofDirectors was applied, forming database subjected to multivariate analysis. Sex, Age, Income,Home school type (public or private) and Professional experiencewere not found to besignificant to anticipate the satisfaction, forcing the manager to deal with differences insubjective perception, without the comfort of relying on classifiers schemes.
