This report describes a 45-year-old man with a large macrocystic LM in the right anterior chest wall. Computed tomography showed a ∼15 cm sized, well-defined, homogeneous and hypoattenuated mass without enhancement in the right anterior chest wall. On ultrasonography (US), the mass was circumscribed and anechoic, with internal septations and posterior acoustic enhancement.
