Sumario:Aim. Scientific substantiation of the organizational model of commodity-market relations in obtaining medical services by the rural population of the united territorial communities (UTC) under the conditions of "the market economy".  Materials and Methods. In this study, the results of research, obtained by using qualimetric, retrospective, sociological, and abstract methods, as well as methods of descriptive modeling, deductive awareness, and structural and logical analysis considering the system principles and requirements of change management theory were used. Results and Discussion. According to the results of the study and basic functional processes of the organization system, where the principles: Entrance ® Set of actions ® Exit ® Feedback were fully used, the organizational system of accessible and high quality system of commodity - market relations in obtaining medical services by the rural population of UTC (Model) was modeled, which fully meets the conditions of transformation of the system of primary medical care according to the European standard. Introduction of the functioning of the Model at the primary level of medical care occurs through consistent implementation of the main tasks of each of the seven interconnected stages, the content of which is revealed in this paper. Conclusions. Implementation of this organizational innovation in practical medical care will allow transforming medical care at the primary level to conditions of market economy of the country, through creation of high quality and effective system of medical services to rural population of UTC, which will serve as an effective impetus towards the optimization of specialized and highly specialized medical care.
