A total of 240 students from 1st and 2nd grade students of Trakya University Keşan Vocational College and Namık Kemal University the Vocational School of Health Services in the Child Development Program in 2017-2018 academic year were participated to the research. In the study, with purpose of measuring academic majors satisfaction of the students, the Academic Majors Satisfaction Scale which is adapted to Turkish by Gür-Erdoğan and Arsal (2015) was used and to measure child development program students’ inclining to teaching profession and their desire on career development, Professional Engagement and Career Development Aspirations which is adapted to Turkish by Eren and Tezel (2010) was used. In addition to these instruments, a demographic information form which is developed to learn personal information of the students is used.
