| Summary: | In article Klaster’s functioning in the market of gas motor fuel on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan is considered. Klaster’s concept of economy is considered. The purposes, tasks and process of creation of Klaster are systematized. As the pilot project the Republic of Bashkortostan is chosen. Actions for creation and Klaster’s development and a way of their decision are given. Participants – the region, JSC Gazprom Gas Motor Fuel, refueling complexes and car owners are defined. It is noted that JSC Gazprom Gas Motor Fuel sets a strategic objective - fixing of Society as an industry leader in the market of gas motor fuel of Russia and ensuring significant and stable growth in sales of the compressed and liquefied natural gas in Russia and abroad. Possible problems and threats, and also advantages of participation of each participant Klaster are considered. It is noted that realization of actions for development of a gas-filling network and park of the equipment working at natural gas has considerable social and economic effect. Factors which contain growth of the market among which insufficient development of infrastructure and not evidence of economic advantages are key are allocated. It is shown how the state has to carry out stimulation use of natural gas as fuel. The mechanism of interaction of the region, JSC Gazprom Gas Motor Fuel, refueling complexes and car owners is presented. Perspective reference points of the market of gas motor fuel are considered. It is offered to unite the interesting parties in uniform Klaster for social and economic development of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Purpose -creation of a cluster in the market of gas motor fuel.
Methodology in article economic-mathematical methods, and also statistical methods of the analysis were used.
Results: the most informative parameters showing some aspects of carrying out the analysis of the market of gas motor fuel are received.
Practical implications it is expedient to apply the received results economic subjects with the developed network of gas stations. |
