Sumario:The article puts forward an approach to assessing sustainability of regional development through using methodology of the integral approach, which implies a joint use of morphological, dynamic and functional research approaches. The author advances an economic and mathematic model of the process of sustainable social and economic development of the region and a system of figures that can trace the impact of legal, organizational, economic and social factors on sustainability of the regional development. It was grounded that the integral approach which provides an opportunity to assess the current and perspective sustainability of regional social and economic system development can help to design proposals about priority lines in enhancing administrative influence aimed at ensuring long-term sustainable development of the territory.
