Résumé:The article puts forward new approaches to designing the system of shaping and developing engineering personnel in organizations of electric power engineering, which take into account certain specific features of developing labour in today's organizations. The author presents key principles of building systems of corporate training aiming at improving the quality and competitiveness of engineering personnel, the use of innovation technologies, forms and methods of corporate training. Suggestions for designing the mechanism of developing engineering personnel of organizations of electric power engineering through setting-up centers of assessing employees' competitiveness were given.
