Sumario: | The use of social media by all cultural and socioeconomic classes in Brazil has created new forms of mobilization and organization, which help to changes the dynamics of interaction between social ́s actors. The subjects of these new movements are growing in numbers and organizing increasingly pressed and driven by new communication possibilities, present on the web. The article analyzes a news fact published by a regional portal in the state of São Paulo – Ribeirão Preto-G1 EPTV –, who received contours that exceed their limits defined by local culture and reaches new levels in the web platform: Joaquim ́s case. Using the exploratory and descriptive studies’ and shows that the “local” receives global ́s contours, identified by new elaborations of Internet. |
