Sumario:Primary repair of long gap oesophagus atresia (LGEA) requires interdisciplinary expertise to achieve promising results. We report a 9 month old refugee with a spit fistula and a gastrostomy who achieved primary anastomosis in our hospital using the combined surgical methods of Kimura on the upper pouch and Foker in the lower pouch.
