Among demographic variables, patients' age groups, genders, civil statuses, training levels and income levels were taken into account. The population of the study is comprised of patients hospitalized at Gülkent State Hospital based in Isparta. Data were collected using survey method (face to face interviews). Data obtained from the research were analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). According to analysis results, a positive and statistically significant relationship was determined between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty.
