A multicystic lesion in the lower left chest was confirmed using a Chest Radiograph and Computed Tomography (CT) angiogram. Her hospital course was next followed by a left lower lobectomy, with resultant pathology of CPAM Type 1 and invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma.
