Sumario:The primary purpose of this research is to explain the causes of the conflict and solution strategies for the organizations where conflict is inevitable. Today, for the business companies important issue is not the existence of the conflict rather how the strategies of the conflict is managed. In this study, it has been emphasized that managers must consider conflict issue with an unbiased approach and they must focus on conflict management instead of completely eliminating conflict.
