Firstly, some conceptual supports are introduced, as well as some studies which allow us to review and cross reference through all the organization, which perceives itself as a gender neutral space, while it continues to sustain multiple inequalities. Secondly, the process of building and consolidating a care policy within the University of the Republic is analyzed. It is relevant to highlight the different strategies executed, the spaces and actors involved.
