Crossover from lattice to plasmonic polarons of a spin-polarised electron gas in ferromagnetic EuO

Many-body interactions in solids offer opportunities to realize striking physical properties. Here the authors demonstrate the formation of plasmonic polarons in Eu1-x Gd x O and their tunability with charge carrier doping, providing a route to tailoring quantum many-body interactions in solid.
