Résumé:<p>Russia's accession to the Bologna process required the restructuring of education and its adaptation to international standards, new criteria of evaluating the effectiveness search and quality of the learning process. Proposed a new indicator measuring the subjective quality of the educational process − integrated motivational potential; developed a model to monitor and improve the quality of education based on the motivation dynamics. Case study of motivational potential students of the International University of Nature, Society and Man «Dubna» and cadets of the Academy of State Fire Service Ministry of Emergency Situations Russia revealed major trends in the level of students’ motivation and their relation to the quality of the educational process.
