Sumario:Infrastructure development is expected to support economic growth in Indonesia. Infrastructure development related to logistics and energy is a top priority based on the Indonesia’s development plan. The State Electricity Company, through its 2019–2028 Electricity Supply Business Plan, reports the plan to develop a mobile gas-engine power plant in the Sulawesi region Indonesia. The gas engine will operate with natural gas supply from the LNG terminal hub and then be distributed using a Small-Scale LNG Carrier (SSLNG) to the receiving terminal that serves mobile power plants in the Sulawesi region Indonesia. In this study, LNG distribution optimization uses Greedy Algorithm and Linear Programming with decision function to minimize remaining LNG cargo load. Input variables in the form of LNG demand from the receiving terminal and ships with loading capacity and distribution distance variations. The optimization results of LNG distribution show that two units of SSLNG 5000 m3 are needed with the total remaining cargo 1753,1 m3 to satisfy all LNG needs in all destinations.
