Based on the results of risk analysis several proposals were made according the improvement of corporate governance and establishment of a corporate center whose main task is to monitor and implement strategic directions for the consolidated management of a diversified company. In addition, the author examined in detail the need for a cohesive and competent management team for the further effective maintenance and development of the company. Also special attention was paid to the issues of a well-developed corporate culture as one of the fundamental factors of the success of the diversified company.Ekaterina E.
