Sumario:The tourism for potential countries has numbers of important functions such as income generating, employment, providing the foreign trade balance, regulating the international relations, raising the national income per capita and helping to preserve of historical and natural heritage. The sustainability and healthy development of such an important sector, depends on the quality and diversity of the services which provided in tourism sector. And to provide the quality service is directly proportional with the employment of specialized, educated and qualified workforce. In addition, employees who provide a high level of satisfaction from their work are often individuals who are depending to organization, work efficiently and adopting organizational goals and objectives. As a matter of fact, the first way to keep the qualified workforce in terms of organizations is to satisfy the members of the organization. In terms of tourism sector and tourism education, it is very important that the satisfaction provided by trainees of associate and undergraduate students especially the students who are educated at the high school education level which constitutes the core of the industry. Generally, students who meet with the tourism sector the first time by internship are planning their career also in this direction. Out of here, the aim of this study is try to present the likely effects of job satisfaction on the career expectations of the sector by examining the other studies carried out in the sector by emphasizing the importance of job satisfaction provided in internship by the tourism students who in the core state and will constitute the qualified labor sector. Hereby, it is aimed to inform about the tourism education given in tourism high schools, emphasizing the importance and theories of job satisfaction and providing information about career concept.
