Therefore, some reflections on the concepts of institutional memory are proposed in the light of new initiatives insidethe Judiciary that have leveraged the improvement of document and memory management policies. We analyze the terms in which institutional memory can be considered a constant construction, which balances between objectivity and multiple subjectivities, in the connection between documents, individual and social memories.
