| Sumario: | The National Fire Corps is in charge of the prevention
and counteraction of the CBRN risk.The
Corps fulfil its duty by the means of a widespread
organization. Equipped with specific instruments,
special equipment, along with training activities
and operational procedures.This duty encompasses
the environmental, radioactivity control, managed
by the means of a detection network, that
is widely distributed throughout the country.In
order to provide an increasingly effective response,
a new project has been started with the aim of enhancing
such system, to contrast the CBRN risk,
including the management of the crisis.
