Therefore, data is collected from course attendants (n=202) that participated vocation courses in Sivas Public Education Center. The results of analyses demonstrate that there is a medium-level association between features of an entrepreneur character and personal entrepreneurship skills. The relationship between feature of an entrepreneur character and management and technical skills has a medium level association. Besides, it is observed that there are significant differences among variables of demographical characteristics of participants (gender, education, owning a business, job position, the idea of starting a business).
