The author shows that common fault of these approaches is attempt to consider the values applying for the status universal as having some certain contents out of communication with integrity of a culture. As opposed to this point of view in article the thought is carried out that values find the contents only in the context of a certain cultural paradigm. Owing to this circumstance in cross-cultural dialogue, cultures meet one another not separate parts - values but as the complete systems, bearing in themselves special qualitative specifics. It would be respectively illegal to say that in this process values, equally significant for subjects of this dialogue are established. Situation is proved in article that the cross-cultural valuable reality acts as result of cross-cultural dialogue and the factors influencing process of her development are defined.
