Hypothermia was realized with help of either 20—30 ml of chlomethyl oг pieces of 1 kg of melting ice placed, in 2 thin polyethylene bags, and then it lasted for these patients through bursomentostoma during the firs 7—10 days after the opemtion and on the 12—14th and 16—18th days after it.V.
