Material and Methods. The study was conducted among the graduates of higher education who had internship at Danylo Halytsky National Medical University and completed final state evaluation in 2018, taking into account the following criteria: the results of their licensed test examinations, Step-1, Step-2, Step-3, the average score for passing state exams and the result of final evaluation. The study was performed using the analysis of average and relative values a correlation analysis was carried out according to Spearman method and its reliability was determined. Results and Discussion. According to the correlation analysis data a direct average strength of correlation was established between the results of the licensed test exams Step-1, Step-2, Step-3, state examinations and final evaluation among the applicants of all specialties of LNMU in 2018 was established (р<0,05). The indicator of proven correlation ranges from r=+0,72 (for the specialty 'Emergency Medicine' Step-1 « Step-2) to r=+0,24 (for the specialty 'Pediatrics' Final evaluation « Step-3). Assessing the distribution of graduates in higher educational institution, it was found that the percentage of internship graduates of LNMU who had undergraduate studies in other higher educational institutions in all specialties ranges from 24.29% to 41.56%. Conclusion. The best results of the licensed exams Step-1, Step-3, state examinations and final evaluation were shown by the graduates of the specialty 'Emergency Medicine'; the best results of the test exam Step-2 were shown by the graduates of the specialty 'Internal diseases'. The lowest results of the licensed exams Step-1 and Step-2 were noted in the graduates of the specialty 'Pediatrics'; the lowest results of the test exam Step-3, state examinations, final evaluation were shown by the graduates of the specialty 'Dentistry'. The direct correlation between the results of the licensed examinations Step-1, Step-2, Step-3, state examinations and final evaluation among the applicants of all specialties of LNMU in 2018 is proved (р<0.05).O.Ye.
