Transcription recycling assays identify PAF1 as a driver for RNA Pol II recycling
RNA Polymerase II (Pol II) recycling can influence transcription efficiency. Here the authors describe an approach aimed at facilitating the identification of factors involved in Pol II recycling and identify PAF1 complex components as mediators of recycling.
