Sumario:In the context of the conservative recovery observed in the Brazilian socio- political plane, a wave of attacks on the incipient guarantees reached by the quilombolas and natives begins. In the legislature, the so-called ruralist bureau establishes in 2016 a Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry to investigate the processes of territorial titration of these groups. The final report voted in 2017, questions the rights of quilombolas and proposes the indictment of leaders of social movements. Our analytical effort turned to the understanding of the discursive bases that sustain arguments favorable and contrary to the territorial rights of this group.
