One of thefactorswhichconsiststhebase of socialdisorderliness is not to be abletotakepart in employment. So, thepolicy of employmentfordisabledpeople is crucial in terms of socialpeaceandwelfare. One of thefundamentalfactorthatwillintegratedisabledpeoplewithsociety is toseethem as peoplewho can organize their life themselves. So, obstacles can only be eliminated in thisway.
