Socialstateperspective is responsibleforprotectingtherights of disabledpeople as protectingtherights of allpeoplewithintheterms of equalopportunitywithoutanydistinction. Socio-economiccircumstances of thepeople is alsoeffective in ensuringthesocialorder. Themorethe life conditions of peoplebecomesbetter, thepriorianomallysituationswill be lessorzero. One of thefactorswhichconsiststhebase of socialdisorderliness is not to be abletotakepart in employment. So, thepolicy of employmentfordisabledpeople is crucial in terms of socialpeaceandwelfare. One of thefundamentalfactorthatwillintegratedisabledpeoplewithsociety is toseethem as peoplewho can organize their life themselves. So, obstacles can only be eliminated in thisway.
