For this reason, in several cities, efforts and pilot plans have been made to reverse situations of vulnerability and generate the social cohesion necessary to prepare cities and their inhabitants for the current challenges. From this perspective, the present research seeks to answer what are the factors that influence the achievement of positive results in the formulation and implementation of public policies focused on generating sustainable cities?
